Please follow the steps mentioned below to send SMS or Email automatically to customers when payment is recorded:
Step 1: Please go to the More option >> Click on General Settings
Step 2: Click on Preferences
Step 3: Enable Send SMS and send Email on record payment >> Click on Update.
