How to automatically Notify Customers via SMS/Email When a Payment Is Recorded in Mobile?

To automatically Notify Customers via SMS/Email When a Payment Is Recorded, please follow the below mentioned steps,

Step 1. Go to More from the home page.

Step 2. Click on General Settings.

Step 3. Select Preferences.

Step 4. Click on Send SMS on record payment and Send Email on record payment Toggles to Enable them, and click on Update.

Now your customers will receive an SMS when a payment is recorded.

Please Note: To enable automatic SMS notifications, the customer’s phone number must be added to their profile.
