How to automatically Notify Customers via SMS When a Payment Is Recorded

To notify customers once payment is recorded, please follow the below mentioned steps,

Step 1. Go to Settings from the home page.

Step 2. Click on Preferences Select All under Document, Scroll Down.

Step 3. Click on the Toggle next to Send SMS To Customer to enable it and click on Save Changes.

Now your customers will receive an SMS when a payment is recorded.

Please Note: To enable automatic SMS notifications, the customer’s phone number must be added to their profile.
