To send SMS to a particular customer once payment is recorded, please follow the below mentioned steps,
Step 1. Go to Customers from the home page, and open the Ledger of the customer for whom you want to record payment.
Step 2. Click on You Got and Record the payment and click on Send SMS Toggle under Notify Customer to enable it, and click on Record to record the payment.
Your customer will receive an SMS notifying the payment recorded.
