How to customize an existing role and assign to a user?

To customize an existing role and assign to a user, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to “Invite Users”.

Step 2: Click on “Roles and Permissions” >> Click on “+ Add New Role”.

Step 3: Click on “Start with an Existing role” option >> “select an existing role” >> “Customize the existing role” >> “add details of role in description” >> click on “continue”.

Step 4: Assign necessary “permissions” >> click on “Save role”.

Step 5: Go to “All Users” >> Click on “+ Add User”.

Step 6: Add “User Name” >> “Email” >> “Mobile number” >> “Activate user” >> “Add role” >> Click on “Add User”.
