Before adding the user, first the role has to be assigned by giving the limited access you wish to give for the user.
Currently, the option to assign the roles to user is available only in Web. You can assign the roles in the web and then you can add the user in mobile. (OR)
You can add the user in the web itself, after assigning the role.
Please click on the link given below to Assign the role for the user in web.
Note : If you have already assigned the role in the web, follow the below shared steps to add user in mobile.
Step 1 : Please go to More icon >> User & Roles.
Step 2 : Click on Plus icon.
Step 3 : Enter the Name, Email id , Mobile number.
Step 4 : Select the added Roles.
Step 5 : Click on Add New User.
Note : The user will login with the mobile number, and receive the OTP to the same number to login.
If you want to make any changes in the user details, click on three dots >> Edit.
