How to add Sub- category to Products for Online Store?

To add Sub- category to Products for Online Store, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to Products and Services section, click on categories and select +Add New Category.

Step 2: First, add the Parent Category, enter the necessary details and click on ‘Add Category’.

Note: Please enable the toggle button for Show in Online, to display it in online store.

Step 3: Again, click on +Add Category.

Step 4: Now, select Sub- Category option, enter the necessary details and click on ‘Add Category’.

Select Parent Category.

Note: Only 5 Levels of subcategories is allowed.

For example:

• A is the Parent Category.

• B is a subcategory under A.

• Now on Level 2, B becomes the parent, and C becomes its subcategory.

• Similarly for Level 3, C can have D as its subcategory, and so on.

• You can go up to a maximum of 5 levels in this hierarchy.
