How to add a parent category for products in web?

To add a parent category for products in web, please follow the steps mentioned below,

Step 1: Please go to “Products & services” >> Categories >> Click on “+Add Category”

Step 2: Please click on “Parent Category” >> Enter category name >> Turn on Show in online store if needed and click on “Add category”
