If you’re encountering this error message, please reach out to you’re Admin and request to provide access to Reports.
Please follow the steps below to provide permission to user for Reports.
Step 1 : Click on the Settings Option.
Step 2 : In the Profile Section click on All Users / Roles.
Now, select Roles and Permission and click on Edit option.
Step 3: Click on Reports & Insights, enable the toggle button and click on Save Role.
