If you’re encountering this error message, please reach out to you’re Admin and request to provide access to products in order to create new product categories.
Please follow the steps below to provide permission to user for products:
Step 1 : Click on the Settings Option in the taskbar.
Step 2 : In the Profile Section click on All Users / Roles.
Step 3 : In the All Users/Roles ----->> click on Roles and Permissions Section >> Click on Edit Option.
Step 4 : Click on Products & Inventory >> Select Products >> Enable permission for Products >> Click on Edit Role.
Please note: Once permissions to add products are given, the users will be able to add product categories.
