Error Message: Custom domain not set up. Please set up custom domain to complete integration checklist - /payment_gateway/settings

The error “Custom domain not set up. Please set up custom domain to complete integration checklist” usually occurs if you have not done the custom domain setup in your Swipe account.

Please follow the steps mentioned below to complete the setup.

Step 1: Go to Settings, click on Payment Gateway >> Complete setup

Step 2: Now, Tick the checkbox and click on set up custom domain

Step 3: We request you to choose your desired option. If you already have a custom domain, click and enable it. If you don’t have one and wish to purchase, we request you to contact our support.

Here, I’m going with the Swipe domain. Choose your domain name and click on “Check the availability” to see if it is available, then click on “Claim now.”

Please note these features are our premium features and require a premium subscription.

Now, the domain is claimed successfully, and tick the checkbox to receive payments on your domain.

Once you click, it will give you this pop-up, then you can click on Enable.

Now, the custom domain setup is successfully completed in your account.
