Can we integrate with custom email only with domain even if we don't have the email with us?

Yes, if you have a custom domain (e.g., abcdy.com), you can use it to send invoices directly from Swipe using a branded email address like billing@abcdy.com.

How it works:

  1. Share your preferred custom email address with the Swipe team.

  2. Add the required DNS records in your domain host, which are shared by the Swipe team.

  3. The Swipe team will complete the integration and notify you once it’s ready.

  4. You can then start sending invoices from your custom email.

Note: Emails sent from Swipe will not appear in your Sent folder. To track outgoing emails, make sure to add yourself in CC.
