From the above message, I can understand that you want to show all customers in the user account. For that, I would suggest you kindly allow permissions from the admin account to the user.
Please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1 : In the left tool bar, Click on Invite users
Step 2 : All Users/Roles >> Click on Roles & Permissions >> Click on three dots >> Edit
Step 3 : Click on Parties >>Enable the view all parties >> Update role
