We kindly request you to check if Visibility option is enabled for the user Role.
To check, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1 : Please go to Settings.
Step 2 : Click on All Users/Roles >> Roles & Permissions.
Step 3 : Click on Edit of the particular user.
Step 4 : Check if the option Visibility under parties is enabled.
If the permission is disabled, only the customers created by the user will be visible. However, if the permission is enabled, all parties will be visible, regardless of who created them.
Step 5 : Disable the option Uncheck the box of Visibility >> Update Role.
