The Document date is the date shown on the invoice to represent when the goods were delivered or services provided.
The Created Date is the date when the invoice was actually made in the system.
These two dates can be different. For example, if the goods were delivered on one day but the invoice was created a few days later. Both dates are important for tracking, accounting, and GST reporting.
