To share customer ledger through WhatsApp, please refer to the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to the customer >> Click on View Ledger
Step 2: Click on Share >> Apply the date filter >> Click on “Share on WhatsApp” or copy the link and share.
Note: Once your customer opens the link they will get the access to their complete ledger.
They can view the invoice details by clicking on the invoice number/view invoice option.
Once customer click on invoice number they will be able to see the details as shown in the below image.
