To set a document approval permission for documents created by users, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1. Click on Invite Users from the home page.
Step 2. Select All Users / Roles and click on Approval Workflow.
Step 3. Scroll down and select the Approvers Name of the approver, the person responsible for approving the document, for the document you wish to set permissions for, and click Inactive to make it Active.
Now when your users create a document with permissions you have set, the approver will receive a notification.
