To send invoices automatically on WhatsApp the moment they are created, follow the below mentioned steps.
Step 1 - Kindly click on settings.
Step 2 - Click on general settings >> Click on preferences >> Click on sales >> Enable the toggle button to send invoices automatically on WhatsApp >> Click on save changes.
Note:
1. 0.2 credits will be deducted from Swipe Wallet to send each invoices via WhatsApp.
So, Swipe Wallet should have enough credits to send it via WhatsApp.
2. The WhatsApp message will be only delivered to the customer if the customer Mobile Number is added.
