How to send bill/Invoices automatically on Email?

To send bill/Invoices automatically on Email, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to “Settings.”

Step 2: Select Preferences under General Settings and select Sales under Documents.

Step 3: “Turn ON” Send invoices automatically via Email and click on Save Changes.

This will automatically send invoice via Email once created.
Note:
1. 0.2 credits will be deducted from Swipe Wallet to send each invoices via Email.
So, Swipe Wallet should have enough credits to send Email.
2. The Email will be only delivered to the customer if the customer Email ID is added.
