To reset your account on the mobile application, follow the steps below:
Step 1 : Click on More in the Taskbar >> Click on User Profile .
Step 2 : Click on Reset Data.
Step 3 : ChekIn the box “Yes, I read and understood the above information and I am sure that I want to delete my data” >> Click to next.
Step 4 : Enter the Company name in the field mentioned as Enter your Organization name >> Click on Send Otp.
Step 5 : Enter the OTP and Click on “Verify and Continue”.
