To do integration of your Swipe account with Shiprocket, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Click on Shiprocket, and login to Shiprocket account.
Step 3: If you are new to registration, please follow the steps mentioned below in the article for Shiprocket. Also, please note that entering the pickup address in Shiprocket is mandatory before proceeding with integration.
Step 4: Go to Settings an click on API Users.
Step 5: Click on +Add New API User.
Step 6: Enter the Email ID, please note that the Email ID should be different from the registered email ID. Now select the modules and click on Create User.
Step 7: You will get a notification of user created successfully.
Now you will get an auto-generated password. Copy the password.
Step 8: Enter the API Email and Password, and click on Update Credentials and Test Connections.
Step 9: Copy the Webhooks URL.
Step 10: Go to Shiprocket, click on Settings, and click on Webhooks.
Step 11: Paste the copied Webhooks URL and click on Save.
