How to create a Shiprocket Order from Swipe on web?

To create a Shiprocket Order from Swipe, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Invoice under Sales and select the invoice for which you want to create Order.
Next, click on More and click on Shiprocket.

Step 2: Enter all the necessary details of the Buyer and click on Next.

Step 3: Enter the Pickup details. Please note this data is supposed to be entered in Shiprocket only.

  • Log in to the Shiprocket.
  • Click on Settings in the left menu.
  • Click on Manage Pickup Addresses in the Pickup Address Section.
  • Add at least one pickup location.
  • After Creating the pickup address activate it by clicking on the toggle button.

Step 4: In the Order section, please select the payment mode of the order and click on Next.

Payment Modes:
(a)Prepaid means amount is already paid for the order.
(b) COD (Cash on delivery) means company owner will pay the order amount while Shiprocket delivery agent comes to pickup order.

Step 5: In the Package section, please enter the necessary details related to the package, such as weight and dimensions.

Step 6: Review the entire details, and click on Create Order.

Step 7: Choose the delivery partner and click on Assign Courier and Generate AWB.

Important Note:

  • To create a shipment order, courier charges must be paid online.

  • For this, you need to recharge your Shiprocket wallet and minimum wallet recharge amount is ₹500.

  • To create an order from Swipe, your Shiprocket wallet must have at least 100 credits.

  • The wallet amount will be used only for courier charges.

  • This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Courier charges are managed by Shiprocket; Swipe is not involved in them.
