Generate the Integration Token from the Swipe App

Please follow the steps below to generate the WooCommerce integration token and configure the Swipe plugin. You can also refer to the Token generation guide for reference.

Step 1: Install the Swipe Plugin

  1. Download the Swipe WooCommerce plugin ZIP file. To get the file, please reach out Swipe Support team.

  2. Log in to your WordPress Admin account.

  3. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

  4. Click Choose File and upload the Swipe plugin ZIP file.

  5. Click Install Now.

  6. Once the installation is complete, click Activate Plugin.

Step 2: Configure the Swipe Plugin

  1. In your WordPress Admin panel, go to:
    WooCommerce → Settings → Swipe

  2. Enter or paste your Swipe API Key / Integration Token.

  3. Select when you want invoices to be created:

    • Order Created

    • Order Paid

    • Order Completed

  4. Enable Swipe Integration.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Step 3: Verify the Integration

Once the settings are saved, place a test order on your WooCommerce store and verify that the order/invoice is successfully synced with Swipe.
