To customize Email template, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to “Sales” and click on “Document Settings”.
Step 2: Click on “Email/Whatsapp/SMS”.
Step 3: Click on “+ New Email Template”.
Step 4: Enter the “Template Name” and “Email Text”.
Please Note: You can also select/ add “Attributes” like company name, customer name, etc… in the Email text by entering @.
Step 5: Click on “Save”.
Step 6: Make Email template “Active”.
You can also keep Email template as default.
Step 7: Click on “Save” and click on “Update Settings”.
Once the email template is added, you can select the template while sharing the invoice via email.
