To add Sub- category to Products, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to Products and Services section, click on categories and select +Add New Category.
Step 2: First, add the Parent Category, enter the necessary details and click on ‘Add Category’.
Note: Please enable the toggle button for Show in Online, to display it in online store.
Step 3: Again, click on +Add Category.
Step 4: Now, select Sub- Category option, enter the necessary details and click on ‘Add Category’.
Select Parent Category.
This is how the added sub-categories will be reflected in the products and service section.
For example:

A is the Parent Category.

B is a subcategory under A.

Now on Level 2, B becomes the parent, and C becomes its subcategory.

Similarly for Level 3, C can have D as its subcategory, and so on.
