How to add new prefix and suffix for all the documents in the web?

To add new Prefix and Suffix for all the documents, please follow the steps mentioned below,

Step 1. Go to Invoices and click on Prefix FY 2026-27.

Step 2. For a particular document check the current prefix and add your New Prefix and New Suffix, scroll down and click on Save Change.

For Example:

Sales Invoice:- My Sales Invoice current prefix and suffix are “AAE-00” and “-2025-26”. I am now adding New Prefix and Suffix as “BBE-00” and “-2026-27”.

Note: The new prefix and suffix will be automatically set as the default starting from April 1, 2026.
