Please go to Products > Add/Edit > More Details > Cess on Quantity > Enter amount > Select the applicable section > Update Item.
Please note that if you have added the cess rate in INR, please click on the additional cess option beside the product totals while creating the invoice.
Now confirm the charges to show in the invoice.
