To add a digital signature for multiple invoices, please follow the below steps:
Step1: Kindly go “Sales” and click on “Actions”.
Then, Click on “Bulk Actions”.
Step 2 : Select the “Invoices” and click on “More”.
Step 3: Click on “Digital Sign PDF”.
Step 4: Enter the “Password” and click on “Get Signed Document”.
Note:
1. You can add digital signature to 50 document at a time.
2. Bulk actions feature is available only in Jet Plan and above Plans.
3. Bulk actions feature is available only in Web version.
4. Once the document is digitally signed, it cannot be edited. Subsequent actions are limited to recording payments for this document and cancelling it.
