The error “GSTIN is inactive - /einvoice/create_einvoice” indicates that the GSTIN is inactive.
If GSTIN is valid and active and still getting the below error message.
Please go to https://einvoice1.gst.gov.in portal and click on search then use the ‘Tax Payer / GSTIN’ option to check the status manually from GST Portal and use ‘Update’ button to get it updated from GST Common Portal.
Once GSTIN is updated, try to create an E-invoice from Swipe
