The error “GSTIN is inactive - /einvoice/create_einvoice” indicates that the GSTIN is inactive.
If the GSTIN is valid and active, but you are still receiving the error message follow below mentioned steps.
Step 1: Please go to https://einvoice1.gst.gov.in portal
Step 2: Click on search then use the ‘Tax Payer / GSTIN’ option to check the status manually from GST Portal and use ‘Update’ button to get it updated from GST Common Portal.
Once GSTIN is updated, try to create an E-invoice from Swipe. If you are still not able to do, you can again follow the same steps on the below mentioned links:
