From the above error message, I understand that you’re trying to create a document with the product having batches added, but the batches feature hasn’t been upgraded yet.
Please let us know if you’d like to upgrade to the Batches feature (RISE plan) so you can create invoices and manage your inventory according to the batch/expiry date.
