If you are encountering the above message, it means that the Unit which you have given for the item is incorrect.
If the Unit is not valid and if you are still downloading and uploading the report in the portal, the unit will be changed to OTH.
If you would like to change the Unit of the item, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1 : Go to Products & Service section.
Step 2 : Enter the Item name in search box.
Step 3 : Click on Edit.
Step 4 : Make changes to the Unit >> Click on Update Item.
After making changes, refresh the page and proceed with downloading the Report.
