Swipe Not Opening

  1. Verify Functionality: First, check if Swipe is working for you.
  2. Identify DNS Issues: If it is functioning for you, the problem is likely related to DNS settings.
  3. Change DNS Settings: Try changing the DNS settings on your device to see if that resolves the issue. Check steps mentioned below.
  4. Network Change: If changing the DNS doesn’t help, ask the user to switch to a different network and test again.
  5. Await Resolution: If Swipe is still not working for the user but is functioning for you, the issue may be with their network service provider. In this case, we will need to wait until they resolve the issue.

For Web Users

  1. Change DNS Settings:

  • After updating your DNS settings, make sure to refresh the Swipe app page.

For Android Users

  1. Go to Settings on your Android device.

  2. Type “DNS” in the search bar.

  3. Keep Google DNS dns.google and save. Refer to the image below for reference.
