To unlink customer and vendor, please follow the below mentioned steps.
Step 1. Go to Vendors, and click on Edit for the vendor for which you want to unlink customer.
Step 2. Scroll down and click on customer to unlink and click on Update Vendor.
Now the customer will be successfully unlinked from the vendor.
