To transfer the stock of the product from one branch to another, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to "Inventory " and click on “Actions”.
Next, select “Transfer Inventory”.
Step 2: Click on “+ Create Transfer”.
Step 3: Select “From warehouse and To warehouse”.
Next, “Transfer request date”.
Step 4: Select the “Products” and Enter the “Quantity”.
Step 5: Click on “Transfer”.
Please note that once the transfer request is initiated, the stock out will happen in “From warehouse”. This indicates that the stock has already been dispatched from Warehouse and is currently in transit.
Once the transfer request is created, the user/admin of “To Warehouse” has to approve it. Only then the stock will be added to “To Warehouse”.
