Sorry, it is not possible to stop creating invoices automatically for Shopify orders and create them manually like Online store in Swipe.
The Auto-create invoices for Shopify orders is enabled for all Shopify users and it cannot be disabled.
The invoices will be generated for all the Shopify orders whether they are paid or pending.
