To setup the service reminders on Web, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1 : First add a item as service, to setup service reminder. This is required to enable and configure service reminders for that item.
Please follow the steps mentioned in the article below to add a service:
If you wish to setup service reminders for an item by default, Go to products and services and click on edit item and click on service reminders.
Enable the service toggle option, select the reminder time, choose the reminder type, and click Save reminder settings.
If you wish to setup service reminders for an item not by default, follow the below steps.
Step 2 : Once the item is added, Click on Sales under Invoices and click on +Create invoice.
Step 3 : Select the customer and add the service and other necessary fields, then click on the service reminder icon highlighted in the image below.
Step 4: Enable the service toggle option, select the reminder time, choose the reminder type, and click Save.
The reminders will now be sent automatically via WhatsApp.
Note:
- Each WhatsApp reminder will consume 2 credits (₹2).
- This feature is currently available only on the Web Version.
Service reminders are available only for customers subscribed to the Jet Plan or higher plans.
