To set maximum discount (%) allowed limit for items, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Click on Preferences >> Click on Products & Services >> Click on Product >> Set the Maximum discount (%) limit >> Click on Save Changes.
