Please follow the steps mentioned below to send payment reminders to customers in bulk:
Step 1: Go to Sales dashboard >> Click on Actions >> Bulk Actions
Step 2: Select the desired invoices >> Click on More >> Click on Send Reminder on SMS
Please note: This feature is available only in the web/desktop version
