To make a credit note (sales return) please follow the below mentioned steps,
Step 1 – Kindly go to sales section >> Click om Credit Note
Step 2 – Click on create sales return/ credit Note.
Step 3 – Select the customer (for whom you wanted to create the sales return/Credit note)
Select the Products >> Click on Add to Bills >> Click on save.
