To include remarks while canceling a subscription invoice on the web, please follow below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on Subscriptions under Sales.
Step 2: Click on dropdown and click on Cancel Subscriptions.
Step 3: Now, add the Remarks and click on Cancel.
