How to enable allow/disable negative quantity on Web?

To Enable allow negative quantity, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Go to Preferences under General Settings >> Go to Document >> Go to Sales >> Negative Quantity >> Enable/disable >> Save Changes
