How to customize/ rearrange item columns in Invoice PDF in Web?

To customize/ rearrange item columns in Invoice PDF, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Please Note: Customize/ rearrange item columns feature is available only in Web version.

Step 1: Go to “Document Settings”.

Step 2: Click on “Invoice Templates”.

Step 3: Select the desired Template and click on “Customize”.

Step 4: Here you can “rearrange column” by dragging them and “change Template Name” according to your requirement >> Click on “Save Template”.

Step 5: “Scroll Down and Click on the New Copy of Template” >> The New Template will be updated for your Invoice PDFs.

Step 6: Here you can “edit or delete” the copy of template.
