How to create a quotation in IOS?

To create a quotation pleas follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Go to Home screen >> Click on quotation option.

Step 2: Click on Select customer option to select the existing customer.

If you have not added any customers pleas check the steps from below link to know how to add a new customer.

How to add a new customer in IOS?

To add a new customer please follow below steps. Step 1: Go to Parties section. [image] Step 2: Select the customer section >> Click on Plus icon to add the new customer. [image] Step 3: Add basic details like Customer’s name, Email, and Phone number. [image] Step 4: Add other optional details such as the customer’s TRN, company name, and billing and shipping addresses." [image] Step 5: Click on Add customer to Save the customer. [image]

Step 3: Click on add products option.

Step 4: Select the product that you want to add in the quotation and add the quantity of the products >> Click on continue option to save the details.

Step 5: Select the Bank and signature.

How to add a new signature in IOS?

To add a new signature please follow the steps mentioned below. Step 1: Go to More option. [image] Step 2: Select the Signatures option. [image] Step 3: Tap the image to select the signature type >> Add signature by Drawing the signature, or by uploading the image of the signature from camera/gallery. [image] Step 4: Give a name to the signature >> Turn on the Set to default option to make the signature default >> Click on Add signature option to save the signature. [image]

Step 6: Click on Create option to create the quotation
