To convert purchase order into purchase invoice partially please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Go to purchase order >> Click on more option on the purchase order which you want to convert >> Click on convert option >> Select convert to purchase.
Step 2: Check the products and add the quantity of the product which you want to convert into purchase >> Click on save.
Step 3: After creating purchase invoice put your cursor on conversion mark to see from which purchase order it was converted.
