To change Free user to Paid user, please follow below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on Invite Users.
Step 2: In All Users/Roles section, click on Free, one dropdown will appear and select Paid.
Step 3: Once user is converted, You will get a pop-up saying “User Converted to Paid Successfully” and you will able to see how many users are activated to Paid.
