To bulk convert proforma invoice to sales, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to “Quotation” and click on “Proforma invoice”.
Step 2: Click on “Actions” and click on “Bulk actions”.
Step 3: Select the “Proforma Invoice” and click on “Convert”.
Step 4: Click on “Convert to Sales” and click on “Ok”.
A pop-up appears at the top of the screen informing the documents converted successfully.
Note:
1.You can convert 50 invoices at a time.
2. Bulk actions feature is available only in Jet Plan and above Plans.
3. Bulk actions feature is available only in Web version.
