To block specific clients on the online store, Please follow the steps mentioned in the article below:
Step 1: Go to Online store >> Click on the drop down menu and click on blocked users
Step 2: Click on + Block user
Step 3: Enter the email and phone number of the customer and click on block
Step 4: Once added, you will be notified as user blocked and if you wish to unblock later, click on unblock.
