Please go to Quotation>>Create Quotation>>Add Customer and Products>>Scroll down>>Click on Attach files>>Browse and Select(Max: 3)>>Save.
Once the Quotation is created, Click on Send>>Select Whatsapp/Email/Copy Link>>Open link>>Download Attachments.
