Please follow the steps mentioned below to apply TDS to an existing invoice:
Step 1: Go to Bills >> Click on 3 dots for the invoice you are looking to edit.
Step 2: Click on Edit.
Step 3: Scroll down to Tax section >> Enable TDS >> Click on Select TDS section.
Step 4: Select the desired TDS section.
Step 5: Click on Update.
