To allow user to place order for out of stock products in online store, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to More Option >> Scroll down and click on Online store.
Step 2: Click on Store Settings.
Step 3: Scroll down >> Turn on “Allow Out of stock products”.
